• Service Delivery: The unique access link to your purchased analysis report is delivered digitally to the email address provided during checkout instantly or shortly after purchase.

3. Payment Model: One-Time Fee (No Subscriptions)

Statlabs operates strictly on a transparent, one-time purchase model.

• No Subscriptions: Your premium report purchase is a single, one-time payment for the requested service.
• No Recurring Automatic Charges: Our system contains NO subscription mechanics or automatic renewal processes that periodically charge your card.
• Upon payment, you are charged only the exact net amount displayed on the pricing page for the single report selected.

4. Payment Processing and Transaction Security

Statlabs utilizes authorized Merchant of Record (MoR) partners and top-tier payment processors for all digital content, subscription, and report transactions.

• Merchant of Record (MoR): Payment processing, invoicing, global tax compliance, and order fulfillment are directly managed by our authorized Merchant of Record partners. The name of the authorized Merchant of Record or payment processor will appear as the merchant on your bank or credit card statement.
• Financial Security: Credit or debit card details never reach or get stored on Statlabs servers. All transactions are executed via end-to-end encrypted, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways.

5. 30-Day Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with any digital content, premium profile insights, or interactive features purchased on Statlabs, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, strictly subject to the anti-abuse provisions set forth below.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All algorithms, assessment questions, methodology design, texts, graphics, interfaces, and code structures on the Platform are the exclusive property of Statlabs.
• Your purchased personalized report is intended solely for your personal use. Report content, Share Cards, and badges may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or resold for commercial purposes.

7. Medical and Clinical Disclaimer (Limitation of Liability)

Analyses and reports generated by Statlabs are provided strictly for entertainment, personal growth, self-awareness, and guidance purposes.
